i miss my MOM. :(

i just read jhoi's blog and she had an entry bout her mom, it made me cry. *sigh*. (if you want to read it click this link: http://mysorryisfutile.blogspot.com)

isn't it amazing no matter how far they are they have a way of making their presence felt and makes you miss them even more.

i only see my mom once or twice every year, so just imagine so much i miss her. but i never missed her this much to the point that i can't help but let the tears fall. i'm really amazed how mother's know what's going through their children's heads without saying one word, they can feel every emotion we feel, and they always have a way of making us feel safe when we're afraid, loved when everyone turns their back on you, comforted when you feel so down, happier when you are happy already, and distance is never a barrier. now i believe that whenever the child is experiencing pain the mom experience it twice as heavy, they have so many unbelievable powers, ordinary things made extraordinary by their touch. i remember how it feel's like to be hugged by your mom when you come running to her crying because you have a wound and how she attends to it with so much care, even though she is scolding you for not being careful you know she's really worried and doesn't want you to get hurt, but she know somehow it will make you stronger. isn't it cool no matter what you eat you always say you love your mom's dishes, that she is such a great cook. mother's are, as i see it, are the strongest people that exist in this world. their protection is always the strongest, for those who have read harry potter already, would know that, Harry survived the killing curse because his MOM (Lily Potter) protected him. see, even in literature the author (J.K Rowling) wants to let everyone know and appreciate the power of a mother.

i miss her hugs,
i miss the way she kisses me on the cheeks,
i miss the way she says she loves me,
i miss shopping with her
i miss going to the grocery store with her
i miss the never ending pictorials
i miss the talks
i miss how she scolds me (no matter how ironic that is, i still miss it)
i miss the way she fixs my bed. she has this unusual touch, that when, she fixes it whenever i lie down the bedsheets smell so nice and the bed and pillows are so soft.
i miss the way she'll argue with anyone that insults me.
i miss the way she'll pick clothes for me to wear
i miss the way she calls me "Princess"
i miss the way she'll put make-up on me
i miss her dishes.
i miss her laugh
i miss all the cooking & laundry sessions, she even has a way to make chores appear not chores at all.

I MISS MY MOM.

I LOVE HER SO MUCH. <3
